Directors Candidates to Discuss Covenant with Manchester Taxpayers

MANCHESTER - The Republican candidates for the Manchester Board of Directors will meet with reporters on Wednesday morning to discuss the second plank in their 2007 platform, the Covenant with Manchester Taxpayers.  The second plank of their platform is fiscal responsibility.
