David Blackwell for State Senate
MANCHESTER - Republican candidate for the 4th State Senate District David Blackwell faced off against Sen. Mary Ann Handley this week in a debate to be aired on public television. The JI had the story:
“I loved being a legislator and I loved serving my community,” Blackwell, who served in the House until 2002 as the representative from the 12th District, said, opening the debate.
He said he decided to run again because “the problems of my community have pulled me back in.”
