Holds an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Manchester Community College
Active member of the Full Gospel Interdenominational Church Inc. of Manchester
Working in the church outreach programs, he regularly uplifts the elderly and shut-in with words of hope, and brings church services to inmates at Hartford Correctional Center

As a freind of Jeff’s, I know how caring and honest he is. He will be a great asset to the board of directors in Manchester. If you ever need to get something done, Jeff is certainly your man.
